Before CAD approval
If you cancel after paid CAD work has begun but before approving the final CAD, LADFOX will retain the actual CAD cost for your design and refund the remaining balance. We will explain the deduction and any work completed.
After CAD approval
Your approval authorises manufacture to begin. From that point the piece is personalised to your specification and the order becomes non-refundable for a change of mind. Reasonable CAD revisions are included before final approval, so please check the design, measurements and agreed specification carefully.
Custom-made goods
Because every LADFOX item is made or sourced to an individual specification, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights applicable to standard goods may not apply. Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights.
Faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, not as described or not made to the agreed specification, contact [email protected] promptly with your order details and photographs where useful. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Resizing
Resizing is not automatically included. It is assessed and quoted individually because some stone settings, engravings, full-eternity designs and metal structures have limited resizing tolerance. Contact us before sending a piece back; do not use an unapproved third-party repairer where this could affect the ring or warranty.
Manufacturing warranty
The lifetime manufacturing warranty covers qualifying faults in manufacture under the detailed warranty terms. It does not replace statutory rights and does not ordinarily cover accidental damage, loss, theft, normal wear, impact damage or unauthorised alteration.
Returning an authorised item
LADFOX will provide secure return instructions where an inspection is required. Jewellery should not be posted without prior agreement. Responsibility for shipping and insurance will depend on the reason for the return and your legal rights.
